What We Inspect
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible.
We are Florida Dwelling Safety Inspection Services. We focus on Full Home Inspections, 4 Point Inspections, Wind Mitigation Inspections, Infrared Inspections, Wood Destroying Organisms, New Construction Inspections, and Repair Verification Inspections. Every full home inspection is done utilizing infrared technology by means of an IR camera. Please note, infrared cannot see through walls. Therefore, this allows us to see an unseen spectrum, which our eyes cannot see. As a result, we are able to efficiently uncover unseen deficiencies. FDS Inspection Services takes the code of ethics very serious, and has high moral standards inspecting the safety of a dwelling for families to create a home. We believe in biblical principles and honor God in everything we do.
After a thorough inspection, we provide an easy to read inspection report, where you can see the house's systems with any possible defects. We will make sure that you understand everything that you need to know about your home and what actions you need to take to make your home safe for you, your family, or tenants.
Why
