I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and an InterNACHI® School graduate of the Home Inspector program and follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice by abiding a strict Code of Ethics . Additionally, I am required to take the state exam every three years.
I have over 20 years of experience in building and construction, from steel construction to carpentry, and through all phases of the construction process
Additionally, I acquired a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, which helped me produce a strong understanding of the electrical systems in dwellings. I eventually became a technical trainer and a support engineer, which I inspected the installation of various intelligent lighting fixtures, and the commissioning of intelligent lighting systems, as well as rectifying any deficiencies in these systems.
